  • Job Functions
    • Organize, and meet inside sales set objectives.
    • Use these objectives to maximize inside sales potential.
    • Cold-call prospects that are generated by self-researched leads.
    • Self-motivation
    • Offer support, motivation or information to local office support staffs in order to help them meet their objectives.
    • Collaborate with Sales Director to determine necessary sales strategy and sales approaches.
    • Maintain and expend the company’s database of prospects.
    • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by receiving proper training, reviewing professional publication; establishing personal networks.
    • Emphasize product/service features and benefits, quote prices, discuss credit terms, and prepare sales order and/or reports
    • Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service

    Job Requirements
    • University or college degree in Business
    • Excellent sales and negotiation skills
    • Good business sense
    • Initiatives and enthusiasm
    • Excellent listening skills
    • Strong written skills
    • Excellent communication and people skills
    • Good planning and organizational skills
    • Ability to work calmly under pressure
    • Ability travel
